As Maleyssie’s attentive House Manager, Angélique oversees guest reception, sales and human resources, bringing a remarkable versatility and an exceptional ability to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Her experience across several fields, including hospitality, has made her highly adaptable and able to anticipate needs and respond quickly whenever unexpected situations arise.
A true driving force behind the property, Angélique naturally joined the Maleyssie adventure, where her partner Romain Baudron leads the kitchens. Drawn to the family spirit, solidarity and values of the house, she embodies a philosophy that places people at the heart of everything — both guests and team members.
